Scout runs structured interviews across the organisation — every function, every level. Not a survey: a conducted conversation that follows what a person actually does, which decisions they own, where their time goes, and where the work jams.
The map
Those interviews compose into a map of how the company actually runs — the functions, the handoffs, and the rules people follow that are written down nowhere. Built from what your people said, not from an industry template.
The agents
That map becomes the founding beliefs of agents that know your business. They begin already holding your functions, your vocabulary and your constraints, rather than learning them from you one prompt at a time.
Your server
Each client runs on a dedicated server. The interviews, the map and the agents all live there. Your data does not leave your machine — the agents live where the data lives.
Why it is built this way
Most enterprise AI arrives knowing everything except you. It has read the internet and none of your business, so the first months are spent explaining the company to it — one prompt, one correction, one uploaded document at a time.
Scout reverses the order. The company is described first, by the people who run it, in structured interviews that reach every function. What comes out is a map: how the work moves, who decides what, and the conventions nobody ever wrote down. The agents are then grounded in that map — it is what they believe about your business before they are asked to do anything at all.
And it runs on your hardware. One dedicated server per client, the agents alongside the interviews and the map that grounded them. No shared tenancy, no pooled corpus, nothing about how your company works sitting in someone else’s system.
How to engage
By invitation, under contract.
Scout is not self-serve and there is no trial tier. A server is provisioned for you, interviews are scheduled across your organisation, and the terms are agreed in writing before any of it begins.
The application form is the door. Tell us who you are and what you want the agents to be able to do; if it is a fit, we come back with an invitation and a contract.
